A two-storey boathouse on Lake Rosseau, designed around a functional slip bay and an upper-level gathering space. The client wanted a proper retreat above the dock — a covered porch with a kitchenette, somewhere to spend a full day on the water without going back to the cottage. The structure is finished in dark board-and-batten siding with a metal roof, blending into the tree line from the water while delivering a well-lit interior overhead. Designed by Corbin Patten Designs.
