We use Lumion and interactive 3D navigation to let you move through your project at 1:1 scale before any construction begins. You can check sight lines, ceiling heights, and material choices in context — not on a flat screen.

How We Visualize

BIM — Revit

3D Building Information Model

Every project is built in full 3D using BIM — not flat drawings. Structure, HVAC, and plumbing are coordinated virtually before the first footing goes in, which cuts RFIs and change orders on site.

Lumion

Photorealistic Renders

We render the Revit model in Lumion to produce exterior and interior images with accurate light, materials, and landscaping. These are the images you approve before we issue for permit.

SentioVR

Interactive Walkthrough

The rendered model is published as an interactive 3D tour you can navigate in a browser or with VR goggles — street-view style movement through your home, before a wall is framed.
