This Site is provided for informational and portfolio purposes only — to present CPD’s work, design philosophy (LESS), process, and contact information. You may browse, share links, and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires prior written permission from CPD.

The content on this Site, including project descriptions, renderings, process information, and general commentary on design, construction, zoning, or building matters, is provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only. It does not constitute architectural, engineering, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Important limitations:

• Renderings, visualizations, and photographs are conceptual or represent specific completed or proposed projects under specific conditions. Actual built results may vary due to construction methods, materials, site conditions, client changes, regulatory requirements, and other factors.
