A design with a personal connection, my parents boathouse. Its been a dream for many years, since my parents bought the property. Complications: local municipality owning shore road allowance, not wanting to sell, and therefor more restrictions on what we can build. This fortunately has allowed us to tweak the design and better it. Here are the concepts and how the design has evolved.
